Do you use WiFi to learn, work, or access healthcare from home? Smart Columbus is working with The Columbus Foundation, Columbus City Schools, and the City of Columbus, to bring affordable and reliable WiFi to Columbus residents like you as soon as possible.
Introducing Cbus WiFi, a pilot initiative that will test different WiFi services in two areas of Columbus. For this program, we are looking for participants who live on the South Side within half a mile of the Reeb Avenue Center or in King-Lincoln Bronzeville within half a mile of Mount Vernon Plaza.
Within 1/2 mile of Reeb Ave. Center
Within 1/2 mile of 1035 Atcheson St.
Program participants will receive in-home WiFi service at no cost for 12-months after activation. Participants will be asked to complete two surveys during the program. After the 12-month period, you can continue using the WiFi for no more than $20/month with no hidden costs or cancellation fees.
