You may be eligible for free in-home internet in 2021 and 2022

Smart Columbus is working with the City of Columbus, Columbus City Schools, PACT, Columbus Metropolitan Libraries, National Center for Urban Solutions, and the Columbus Foundation to test ways we can make in-home internet access affordable and reliable in our community.

For this program, we’re looking for participants who live in one of these neighborhoods:

Participants in this pilot program will receive free in-home internet service until May 2022, and a $50 gift card for completing an in-home installation. Participants will be asked to complete two surveys during the program.  If you live in the King-Lincoln pilot area, you’ll be asked to schedule an installation appointment to have the service installed at home.

We will take what we learn with the help of volunteers like you and explore ways that we can make affordable internet access available to more families in our community.
